Tarrant County Coalition for Peace and Justice (TCCPJ) is a non-profit organization that creates collaborative education-based opportunities to center the experiences of People of the Global Majority. TCCPJ catalyzes education and action by encouraging dialogue and building community through conversations, presentations, and art-based investigations.
TCCPJ believes that it is important to recognize the victims of racial terror violence and share their stories as vital steps toward healing the hurts of history. In so doing, TCCPJ promotes conversations about race and culture in Tarrant County, Texas.
TCCPJ proudly participates in the Equal Justice Initiative’s (EJI) Community Remembrance Project, which memorializes documented victims of racial violence and fosters meaningful dialogue about race and justice.
TCCPJ partners with local organizations that are committed to racial healing in the community.
TCCPJ aims to inspire commitment and action that will bring meaningful repair and healing to communities in Tarrant County.
